On February 28, the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Procuracy held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to appoint the position of Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Provincial People's Procuracy.
According to the decisions announced at the ceremony, the Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy decided to appoint Mr. Khuat Huu Anh - Senior Prosecutor, Deputy Director of the Department of Public Prosecution and Investigation of Security Cases (Spreme People's Procuracy) - to hold the position of Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Procuracy;
Appointed Mr. Nguyen Thai Binh - Director of the Dong Hy District People's Procuracy - to the position of Deputy Director of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Procuracy.
Speaking at the assignment, the leaders of the Supreme People's Procuracy requested that the two individuals in their new roles and positions quickly adapt to their tasks, immediately get to work, strive with the collective of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Procuracy to excellently complete their tasks; build a high level of solidarity and unity in the unit and the entire Procuracy.
Also last week, on February 24, at the Kon Tum Provincial People's Procuracy, the Supreme People's Procuracy organized the announcement and awarding of the decision to appoint the Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Provincial People's Procuracy.
At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Minh - Deputy Head of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Supreme People's Procuracy - announced the decision of the Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy on appointing Mr. Dinh Cong Phuc - Head of the Department of Prosecution and first instance trial of criminal cases on social order - to hold the position of Deputy Chief Prosecutor of Kon Tum Provincial People's Procuracy. The decision takes effect from March 1, 2025.
At the decision-making ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Quang Dung - Deputy Director of the Supreme People's Procuracy - requested Mr. Phuc to continue to strive to practice, maintain political qualities, ethics and lifestyle, uphold the spirit of solidarity, and work with the leadership of the Kon Tum Provincial People's Procuracy to excellently complete the assigned political tasks.
