On the afternoon of June 20, the Supreme People's Procuracy (SPP) held a ceremony to announce and hand over decisions on personnel work. Attending the ceremony were Deputy Director of the Supreme People's Procuracy Tran Hai Quan; Vice Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Council Nong Thanh Tung; and representatives of the leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and departments, branches, and armed forces of the province.
At the ceremony, the leaders of the Department of Organization and Personnel announced the decision of the Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy on allowing early retirement for comrade Dam Nghia Quan - Provincial Party Committee member, Chief Prosecutor of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Procuracy. He will retire from July 1, 2025 according to current regimes and policies.
At the same time, the decision to transfer and appoint comrade Ngo Bao Ngoc - Senior Prosecutor, Director of the People's Procuracy of Hoa Binh province - to hold the position of Director of the People's Procuracy of Cao Bang province, for a term of 5 years was announced.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Ngo Bao Ngoc expressed his gratitude for the trust of the leaders of the sector and local Party committees, and pledged to strive to practice, promote the spirit of solidarity, fulfill assigned duties well, and meet the requirements of judicial reform in the new period.
