Accordingly, on December 27, Mr. Tang Ngoc Tuan - Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Supreme People's Procuracy - announced the decisions of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy on the appointment of the position of Senior Prosecutor for the Chief Justices of Provincial People's Procuracies in the second phase of 2024.
According to the decision, the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy appointed the following individuals to the position of Senior Prosecutor:
Pham Viet Vuong - Intermediate Prosecutor, Chief Prosecutor of Thai Binh Provincial People's Procuracy; Bui Manh Cuong - Intermediate Prosecutor, Chief Prosecutor of Yen Bai Provincial People's Procuracy;
Nguyen Minh Tien - Intermediate Prosecutor, Chief Prosecutor of Lao Cai Provincial People's Procuracy; Ly Van Huan - Intermediate Prosecutor, Chief Prosecutor of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Procuracy;
Pham Ngoc Canh - Intermediate Prosecutor, Chief Prosecutor of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Procuracy; Nguyen Thanh Liem - Intermediate Prosecutor, Chief Prosecutor of Hau Giang Provincial People's Procuracy;
Pham Trung Thuan - Intermediate Prosecutor, Director of Phu Yen Provincial People's Procuracy; Ta Dinh De - Intermediate Prosecutor, Director of Dak Nong Provincial People's Procuracy; Nguyen Thanh Minh - Intermediate Prosecutor, Director of Lam Dong Provincial People's Procuracy.
The above decisions take effect from January 1, 2025.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy Nguyen Huy Tien requested the officials to fulfill their roles and responsibilities as leaders; be impartial and objective in management, direction, and operation; serve well the functions and tasks of the sector and the political tasks of the locality; and work with the unit to maintain discipline and perform well the tasks stated in the 2025 Work Directive.
Also in the week, on December 27, at the People's Procuracy of Dong Xoai City, Binh Phuoc Province, a ceremony was held to announce and present the decision of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy on the appointment of officials.
At the ceremony, on behalf of the Provincial People's Procuracy, Phan Van Phong, Deputy Director of the Provincial People's Procuracy, presented the decision to appoint Mr. Do Van Quyet - Deputy Director of the Dong Xoai City People's Procuracy - to hold the position of Director of the Dong Xoai City People's Procuracy for a term of 5 years, starting from January 1, 2025.
The leaders of the People's Procuracy of Binh Phuoc province hope that in his new position, Mr. Do Van Quyet will continue to promote his capacity, strengths and role as the head of the agency to build solidarity, create collective strength in performing tasks; closely and responsibly coordinate with the city's prosecution agencies and superior agencies to improve the quality of management and direction to effectively perform the functions and tasks of the prosecution sector.
