Mr. Bui Viet Cuong was transferred to replace Mr. Ton Thien Phuong - Chief Prosecutor of Nghe An Provincial People's Procuracy - who was transferred and appointed to the position of Editor-in-Chief of the Procuracy Magazine, Supreme People's Procuracy.
At the ceremony, the leader of the Supreme People's Procuracy asked Mr. Bui Viet Cuong to quickly grasp the situation to have appropriate direction, both to fulfill the functions and tasks of the industry well and to advise the Party Committee closely following the situation, solving practical requirements.
In his acceptance speech, Mr. Bui Viet Cuong thanked the Party Executive Committee and the leadership of the Supreme People's Procuracy for their trust in appointing him to the position of Chief Prosecutor of Nghe An Provincial People's Procuracy.
In his new position, the new Chief Justice of Nghe An Provincial People's Procuracy hopes to continue receiving attention and support from the Supreme People's Procuracy, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee as well as local departments, branches, organizations, and prosecutorial officials.

According to the Decision of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy on personnel work, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Han - Senior Prosecutor, Principal of the Procuracy Training and Development School in Ho Chi Minh City - was transferred to hold the position of Chief Justice of the People's Procuracy of Tra Vinh province, from November 15, 2024.
Mr. Nguyen Quoc Han - the new Chief Justice of Tra Vinh Provincial People's Procuracy - said that he will be determined to work with the Party Executive Committee and the leadership of the Provincial People's Procuracy to perform well the functions and tasks of the sector in the locality.
Also last week, at the headquarters of Tam Diep City People's Procuracy, Ninh Binh Provincial People's Procuracy held a ceremony to announce and present the decision of the Provincial People's Procuracy Chief on personnel work.
Accordingly, Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong - Director of Tam Diep City People's Procuracy - holds the position of Head of the Department of Prosecution, Investigation and Trial Supervision of First Instance Criminal Cases on Social Order (Department 2), Ninh Binh Provincial People's Procuracy, from November 16, 2024;
Mobilize and appoint Ms. Doan Thi Hong Hanh - Chief Justice of Hoa Lu District People's Procuracy - to hold the position of Chief Justice of Tam Diep City People's Procuracy, from November 16, 2024.
