Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Deputy Minister of Public Security Le Quoc Hung congratulated Major General Nguyen Ngoc Van and Colonel Dang Trong Cuong on being entrusted with new tasks by the Ministry of Public Security's leadership.

According to the decision of the Minister of Public Security, Colonel Nguyen The Hung - Director of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police was transferred to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Security; Colonel Nguyen Huu Phuoc - Deputy Director of Phu Tho Provincial Police was appointed to hold the position of Director of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police.
Colonel Nguyen Huu Phuoc (48 years old), from Cam Giang district, Hai Duong province. He used to hold the position of Head of Department at the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Public Security before being transferred and appointed by the Ministry of Public Security as Deputy Director of Phu Tho Provincial Police in November 2019.

According to the decision of the Minister of Public Security, Colonel Dinh Viet Dung - Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Security, Ministry of Public Security was appointed as Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Police, replacing Colonel Dang Trong Cuong who was transferred to be Director of Son La Provincial Police.
Previously, on November 2, the ceremony to announce the appointment and transfer of Major General Nguyen Ngoc Van - Director of Son La Provincial Police to take up the position of Commander of Mobile Police from November 6, took place.
