Accordingly, on December 2, the People's Procuracy of Nghe An province organized the announcement and award of decisions on personnel work.
At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Dang Thong - Head of the Personnel Organization Department - announced the decisions of the Provincial People's Procuracy Chief on the transfer and appointment of civil servants to leadership and management positions, including:
Mobilize and appoint Mr. Nguyen Cong Phu - Chief Justice of Vinh City People's Procuracy - to hold the position of Head of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Prosecution Department of the Provincial People's Procuracy (Department 11);
Transfer Mr. Dinh Quoc Huong - Chief Justice of Dien Chau District People's Procuracy - to hold the position of Chief Justice of Vinh City People's Procuracy;
Appoint Mr. Hoang Dinh Tien - Chief Justice of Nam Dan District People's Procuracy - to hold the position of Chief Justice of Dien Chau District People's Procuracy.
Assign Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Chief Justice of Cua Lo Town People's Procuracy to hold the position of Chief Justice of Nam Dan District People's Procuracy.
The appointment and transfer decisions for the above persons take effect from December 1, 2024.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Bui Viet Cuong - Director of Nghe An Provincial People's Procuracy - requested that in their new positions, the above-mentioned officials continue to practice and further improve their management, direction and operation capacity; quickly grasp the characteristics and situation in the locality and new unit to develop a work plan suitable to reality.
In addition, the appointed officials need to pay attention to building internal solidarity, promoting the role and responsibility of the leader; strengthening coordination with local agencies and departments, especially those in the internal affairs sector, contributing positively to the overall achievements of the People's Procuracy of Nghe An province.
Mr. Dinh Quoc Huong - the new Chief Justice of Vinh City People's Procuracy - promised to seriously implement the instructions of the Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Procuracy, continue to strive and practice moral qualities, promote the spirit of solidarity and responsibility in work, and successfully complete all assigned tasks.
Also last week, on December 6, the Emulation and Reward Council of the People's Procuracy issued Document No. 07/V16 on posting information on the list of collectives proposed to be awarded the Government's Emulation Flag.
Among the proposed units are: Department of Prosecution and Investigation Supervision of Economic Cases; Department of Supervision of Detention, Temporary Detention and Execution of Criminal Sentences; Investigation Agency of the Supreme People's Procuracy.
