According to the Decision, the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy has transferred and appointed Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy - Senior Prosecutor, Deputy Director of the Department of Prosecution and Investigation of Judicial Activities, Corruption, and Positions in Judicial Activities, Supreme People's Procuracy - to hold the position of Chief Justice of the Bac Kan Provincial People's Procuracy. The term of office is 5 years from December 16, 2024.
At the ceremony, Mr. Ho Duc Anh - Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy - asked Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy to make efforts to promote the results that the provincial Procuracy has achieved; strengthen internal solidarity, closely coordinate with judicial agencies to enforce justice and ensure the dignity of the law.
Receiving the appointment decision, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy thanked the leaders of the Supreme People's Procuracy for their attention and trust. At the same time, she promised that in her new position, she would strive to train the political qualities and ethics of a Procuratorate officer, unite internally, improve her capacity, qualifications and leadership and working methods, perform well the functions and tasks of the Procuracy sector, and effectively serve the political tasks of the locality.
Also last week, on December 16, the People's Procuracy of Dien Bien Phu city and the People's Procuracy of Dien Bien province held a ceremony to announce and hand over decisions on personnel work.
At the ceremony, Mr. Dang Van Dung - Head of the Personnel Organization Department of the Provincial People's Procuracy - announced the decision to transfer and appoint Ms. Thieu Thi Thuy Duong - Deputy Head of the Department of Prosecution and Appeal Trial Supervision of Criminal Cases (Department 7) of the Provincial People's Procuracy - to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Dien Bien Phu City People's Procuracy;
Mobilize and appoint Ms. Nguyen Thi Ly - Deputy Chief of Dien Bien Phu City People's Procuracy - to hold the position of Deputy Head of Department 7, Dien Bien Provincial People's Procuracy.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Vu Trung Thanh - Deputy Director of Dien Bien Provincial People's Procuracy congratulated the two female officials and requested that in their new positions, the officials need to promote the spirit of solidarity and democracy, continue to strive, practice, uphold the sense of responsibility, and work with the unit to excellently complete the assigned tasks.
