Last week, the prosecution industry held announcements of decisions to transfer and appoint 3 provincial prosecutors and 1 senior deputy prosecutor in Ho Chi Minh City.

Accordingly, on November 1, in Thai Nguyen province, the Supreme People's Procuracy held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to appoint the Chief Prosecutor of the provincial People's Procuracy.

According to the decision of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy, Mr. Ly Van Huan - Deputy Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Procuracy was appointed to hold the position of Chief Justice of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Procuracy from November 1, 2024.

At the ceremony, the leaders of the Supreme People's Procuracy requested Mr. Ly Van Huan in his new position to continue to promote his professional and technical capacity and focus on building a team of officials in the provincial Procuracy sector that is "united, responsible, disciplined, honest, courageous, and effective".

The new Chief Prosecutor of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Procuracy said he will constantly strive to improve his political and moral qualities; promote solidarity, fulfill his functions and tasks; and build an increasingly strong provincial Procuracy.

On the same day, November 1, the High-Level People's Procuracy in Ho Chi Minh City held a ceremony to announce and award decisions to appoint leadership and management positions.

Accordingly, the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy has decided to appoint Mr. Cao Minh Tri - Senior Prosecutor, Chief of Office of the Supreme People's Procuracy in Ho Chi Minh City - to hold the position of Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy in Ho Chi Minh City, with a term of appointment of 5 years, starting from November 1, 2024.

At the same time, the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy also decided to appoint Mr. Pham Xuan Minh - Intermediate Prosecutor, Chief Justice of the People's Procuracy of Bu Gia Map District, Binh Phuoc Province - to take up the position of Chief of Office of the High-level People's Procuracy in Ho Chi Minh City, for a term of 5 years, starting from November 1, 2024.

In his assignment speech, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy Nguyen Quang Dung hoped that Mr. Cao Minh Tri and Mr. Pham Xuan Minh would continue to promote their own strengths and experiences, unite with the Party Executive Committee of the Supreme People's Procuracy in Ho Chi Minh City to successfully fulfill the functions and tasks of the industry.

Also last week, on October 28, in Quy Nhon city, the Supreme People's Procuracy held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to transfer and appoint the position of Chief Prosecutor of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Procuracy.

At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Quang Dung - Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy presented the decision to transfer and appoint Mr. Le Trung Hung - Chief Justice of the People's Procuracy of Phu Yen province to hold the position of Chief Justice of the People's Procuracy of Binh Dinh province for a 5-year term, starting from November 1, 2024.

Mr. Pham Trung Thuan - Deputy Director of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Procuracy transferred to work as Director of Phu Yen Provincial People's Procuracy.
