The Public Security Directors of Binh Phuoc, Cao Bang and Thua Thien Hue provinces last week issued decisions to transfer and appoint five police officers to positions.

Accordingly, on November 5, at Hon Quan District Police, Binh Phuoc Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Provincial Police Director on the transfer of leadership staff.

At the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Huy Hai - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police - presented the decision of the Provincial Police Director on the transfer and appointment of Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Hong Hai (45 years old, from Thai Binh province) - Deputy Head of Chon Thanh Town Police - to take up the job and hold the position of Deputy Head of Hon Quan District Police.

Deputy Director of Binh Phuoc Provincial Police Department requested Senior Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Hong Hai to quickly grasp the work at the new unit; promote his capacity and expertise, unite with the Party Committee and leadership of the unit, organize and well perform the assigned tasks, build the District Police Department increasingly strong, contributing to ensuring security and order in the locality.

Previously, on the morning of November 5, at Chon Thanh Town Police, Colonel Nguyen Huy Hai - Deputy Director of Binh Phuoc Provincial Police - presided over the ceremony to hand over the decision to transfer Lieutenant Colonel Ho Van Thu - Deputy Head of Hon Quan District Police - to take up the job and hold the position of Deputy Head of Chon Thanh Town Police.

Also last week, on November 6, at the headquarters of Bao Lam District Police, Cao Bang Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Provincial Police Director on personnel work.

The ceremony announced the decision to transfer Lieutenant Colonel Phuong Hai Truyen - Chief of Bao Lam District Police - to take up the position of Chief of Cao Bang City Police.

At the same time, Lieutenant Colonel Mai Anh Duy - Head of the Immigration Management Department, Cao Bang Provincial Police - was transferred to hold the position of Chief of Bao Lam District Police.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Vu Hong Quang - Director of Cao Bang Provincial Police - congratulated and acknowledged the achievements and efforts of the two appointed people and hoped that in their new positions, the personnel would continue to promote the sense of responsibility, unite all officers, soldiers, and leaders of the new unit to excellently complete the assigned political tasks, ensure security and order, and contribute to the socio-economic development in the area.

On the same day, November 6, Thua Thien Hue Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the Decision of the Provincial Police Director on personnel work on appointing the Chief of Phong Dien District Police.

According to the decision on transfer and appointment, Lieutenant Colonel Huynh Nguyen Luong Hoang - Head of Immigration Management Department, Provincial Police - came to work and hold the position of Chief of Phong Dien District Police.

Lieutenant Colonel Huynh Nguyen Luong Hoang affirmed that he will continuously train and be determined to work with the leadership, commanders, officers and soldiers of the district police to unite in mind and effort to successfully carry out assigned political tasks, contributing to ensuring political security, social order and safety, and building a prosperous and developed homeland of Phong Dien.
