On November 1, the People's Procuracy of Thai Nguyen province held a ceremony to announce and hand over the decision to appoint the position of Chief Prosecutor of the Provincial People's Procuracy.
Attending the event were Mr. Ho Duc Anh - Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy; Mr. Nguyen Huy Dung - Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee and officials who are members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Standing Committee of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Council.
The conference announced the Decision of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy appointing Mr. Ly Van Huan - Deputy Chief Justice of the Provincial People's Procuracy to hold the position of Chief Justice of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Procuracy from November 1, 2024.
The leaders of the Supreme People's Procuracy requested that Mr. Ly Van Huan, in his new position, continue to promote his professional and technical capacity and focus on building a team of officials in the provincial Procuracy sector that is "united, responsible - disciplined, honest - courageous, and effective".
In his speech accepting the assignment, the new Chief Prosecutor of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Procuracy said that he will constantly strive to improve his political and moral qualities; promote the spirit of solidarity, perform well his functions and tasks; and build the provincial Procuracy sector to become increasingly stronger.
