On the evening of December 12, the Ministry of Home Affairs issued a notice on "Proposed regimes and policies for cadres, civil servants and public employees after restructuring the apparatus".

According to the Ministry of Home Affairs, in recent days, social networks have shared a lot of information related to the proposed policies and regimes for officials, civil servants and public employees in the reorganization of the political system.

Regarding this matter, the Ministry of Home Affairs affirms that the information being spread on social networks and shared is inaccurate information, drafted by individual civil servants; this is not a document that the Ministry has researched, proposed, reported to competent authorities for consideration and comments.

Therefore, the Ministry of Home Affairs recommends that organizations and individuals do not base on unofficial draft documents to share information and repost on social networking sites.

Information on policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants and public employees when implementing the streamlining of the organizational apparatus, which is considered and decided by competent authorities, will be publicly announced by the Ministry of Home Affairs on mass media and sent to relevant agencies, units and organizations in the political system for implementation.
