The Ministry of Home Affairs announced the leaders of 25 departments, branches and affiliated units

Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra and the leaders of the ministry officially pressed the button to operate the (new) Ministry of Home Affairs after the merger.

On the afternoon of March 1, the Ministry of Home Affairs held a ceremony to announce Resolution No. 176/2025/QH15 of the National Assembly on the organizational structure of the Government and deploy the personnel work of the Ministry of Home Affairs after merging with the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

Before the merger, the Ministry of Home Affairs had 3 Deputy Ministers, including Deputy Minister Vu Chien Thang; Deputy Minister Truong Hai Long and Deputy Minister Cao Huy.

After the merger with the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Home Affairs welcomed 4 more Deputy Ministers appointed by the Prime Minister, including Deputy Minister Le Van Thanh, Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Hoi, Deputy Minister Nguyen Ba Hoan, Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Ha.

Also at the ceremony, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel Nguyen Tuan Ninh announced the decision to appoint leaders of units under and directly under the Ministry of Home Affairs.

1. Department of Organization - Inter-Departmental Affairs: Director Vu Hoai Nam and 3 Deputy Directors.

2. Department of Local Government: Director Phan Trung Tuan.

3. Department of Civil Servants and Public Employees: Director Nguyen Quang Dung and 3 Deputy Directors.

4. Department of Non-Governmental Organizations: Director Thang Thi Hanh and 3 Deputy Directors.

5. Administrative Reform Department: Director Pham Minh Hung and 3 Deputy Directors.
