According to the Ministry of National Defense's Electronic Information Portal on August 1, the Ministry of National Defense issued Decision No. 3613/QD-BQP to revoke 41 practice licenses (practice certificates) for medical examination and treatment.
The reason for revoking the license to practice medical examination and treatment is that the practitioner personally proposes to revoke the license to practice.
This decision takes effect from July 28, 2025.
Individuals named in this Decision are not allowed to practice medical examination and treatment from July 28, 2025 in any form and are only allowed to continue practicing when permitted by competent authorities.

According to the Decision, there are 41 licenses for medical examination and treatment revoked as follows: Military Region 2 (revoking 2 licenses), Military Region 7 (revoking 31 licenses), Military Region 9 (revoking 3 licenses), Military Science - Technology Institute (revoking 1 license), Military Hospital 175 (revoking 1 license), General Department of Logistics - Engineering (revoking 3 licenses).
The Ministry of National Defense requests that the Director of the General Department of Logistics and Engineering, the Director of the Military Medical Department and the above-mentioned individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
