Senior Lieutenant General Phung Si Tan and the working delegation inspected the preparation for the groundbreaking ceremony, the organization location, script and general rehearsal of the program of the ceremony, as well as ensuring security and safety for the delegates attending throughout the ceremony.
The project to build an inter-level boarding school in Ea Rok commune (Dak Lak province) was agreed upon by the Ministry of National Defense to support Dak Lak province in investing in construction in Village 8, Ea Rok commune with an area of 5.6ha.
The construction of inter-level boarding schools is one of the major policies, showing the deep concern of the Party, State and Army for education, supporting children of ethnic minorities and students in difficult border areas.
At the inspection, Senior Lieutenant General Phung Si Tan and leaders of Dak Lak province and Military Region 5 agreed on the contents for the groundbreaking ceremony program and wished the activities to take place in a solemn and meaningful atmosphere so that the project truly brings welfare and social security to children and people in border areas to enjoy.
