On the morning of June 11, the Hanoi Capital Command held a conference to honor typical advanced individuals and groups in mass organizations, period 2020 - 2025.
Speaking at the conference, Major General Nguyen Khac Nhan - Deputy Political Commissar of the Hanoi Capital Command - acknowledged and commended the results of individuals and groups of mass organizations of the Hanoi Capital Command in performing tasks and the Emulation Movement in the period of 2020 - 2025.
Major General Nguyen Khac Nhan said: From July 1, the 2-level local government model will be implemented, the country will officially enter a new era of development, an era of the Vietnamese people's rise.
With the requirements to create a fundamental change in awareness and action of the entire Party and society; to maximize the spirit, will, and strength of the people, the Army in general and mass organizations in the Army in particular must be the shock and pioneering force.
Major General Nguyen Khac Nhan suggested that Party committees at all levels, commanders of agencies, units and mass organizations need to effectively promote emulation movements in mass organizations, arousing the will, pride, honor, responsibility, and aspiration to contribute and develop of each cadre, youth union member, women union member, and union member.
At the same time, units will strengthen propaganda work about the meaning and importance of emulation movements, associated with continuing to promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style through specific, practical and meaningful work; promoting the aspiration to contribute of young people to actively research to master science, technology, innovation... to successfully complete all assigned tasks.
Party committees at all levels should strengthen planning, training, fostering, and building a team of cadres working in mass work to be exemplary cadres with high spirit, responsibility, exemplary in words and work, pure moral qualities, dynamism, creativity, good knowledge and working skills, and be the core in improving the quality and efficiency of mass work.
The Deputy Political Commissar of the Hanoi Capital Command requested that advanced models must not be subjective or complacent, must always maintain their spirit and enthusiasm, continue to strive, strive, constantly rise up, and contribute more.
On this occasion, the Hanoi Capital Command commended 10 collectives and 20 individuals with outstanding achievements in the Emulation Movement for the period 2020 - 2025.
