The Hanoi Capital Command has just held a conference to hand over the duties of the Commander of the Hanoi Capital Command.
The handover conference was chaired by Politburo members: General Phan Van Giang - Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense; Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hanoi City, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Hanoi Capital Command Bui Thi Minh Hoai.
At the conference, Major General Nguyen Dinh Luu - Deputy Commander of the Hanoi Capital Command - reported the minutes of the handover of the duties of the Hanoi Capital Command to Lieutenant General Nguyen Quoc Duyet - former Commander of the Hanoi Capital Command and Major General Dao Van Nhan - Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Hanoi Capital Command, assigned to take on the duties of Commander of the Hanoi Capital Command.
Speaking at the handover conference, General Phan Van Giang - Minister of National Defense - congratulated Lieutenant General Nguyen Quoc Duyet on his appointment as Chief Inspector of the Ministry of National Defense; and congratulated Major General Dao Van Nhan on being trusted to take on the duties of Commander of the Hanoi Capital Command.
Politburo member, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Hanoi Capital Command Bui Thi Minh Hoai congratulated Lieutenant General Nguyen Quoc Duyet on being appointed by the Minister of National Defense to the position of Chief Inspector of the Ministry of National Defense and congratulated Major General Dao Van Nhan on being assigned to the position of Commander of the Hanoi Capital Command.
On behalf of the City's leaders, Secretary of the City Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai acknowledged Lieutenant General Nguyen Quoc Duyet's efforts and intellectual contributions to the socio-economic development and enhancement of national defense and security of the City over the past 6 years; wished him to continue to maintain and promote his position in his new position.
For Major General Dao Van Nhan, Secretary of the City Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai believes that assigned to the position of Commander of the Hanoi Capital Command, Major General Dao Van Nhan will work with the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Executive Committee of the Hanoi Capital Command to successfully complete all assigned tasks.
Speaking on receiving the assignment, Major General Dao Van Nhan promised to continue to inherit and promote the results of the capital's armed forces in the past time, continue to work with the Party Committee of the Hanoi Capital Command to lead and direct the building of the capital's armed forces to be increasingly worthy and strong in the direction of revolution, regularity, elite, and modernity, meeting the requirements of protecting the capital in the new situation.
At the Handover Conference, Lieutenant General Nguyen Quoc Duyet - Chief Inspector of the Ministry of National Defense - expressed his gratitude to the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and the city's departments, branches, sectors and localities for creating conditions for him to complete the assigned tasks during his time working at the Hanoi Capital Command.
In his new position, Lieutenant General Nguyen Quoc Duyet promised to continue promoting the achieved work results to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
