The content of Regulation No. 368-QD/TW clearly identifies the position, title, group of titles, and leadership positions in the political system; as a basis for implementing unified and synchronous personnel work, ensuring transparency and fairness.
Regulation No. 368-QD/TW clearly states the leadership positions and titles under the management of the Politburo.
Accordingly, the leadership positions and titles under the management of the Politburo include 2 levels.
Level 1 includes: Official Party Central Committee member (Invalid Central Committee member holding a working position will be determined for the ranking position and enjoy the regimes and policies according to the position he is holding).
- Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Committee, Deputy Head of the Party Committee at the Central Committee, Deputy Chief of the Party Central Committee Office (member of the Party Central Committee).
- Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee (General Secretary, Head of the National Assembly Office; Chairman of the Ethnic Council, Chairman of the National Assembly Committees), State Auditor General.
- Ministers and heads of ministerial-level agencies, Head of the Office of the President.
- Vice Chairman - General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front is the head of the socio-political organization at the Central level.
- Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Editor-in-Chief of Communist Magazine.
- Secretary of the Provincial and Municipal Party Committee.
- Deputy Party Secretaries of 4 Party Committees directly under the Central Government (Central Party Agencies; Government; National Assembly; Fatherland Front, Central Organizations); Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee (member of the Party Central Committee).
- Chairman of the People's Council, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanoi City, Ho Chi Minh City.
Level 2 includes: Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Committee (not a member of the Party Central Committee).
- President of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, President of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology.
- General Director of Vietnam News Agency, General Director of Voice of Vietnam, General Director of Vietnam Television.
