4 Resolutions of the Politburo were thoroughly grasped and implemented, including: Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW of the Politburo on international integration in the new situation; Resolution No. 70-NQ/TW of the Politburo on ensuring national energy security until 2030, with a vision to 2045; Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthrough development of education and training and Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW of the Politburo on a number of breakthrough solutions, strengthening protection, care and improving people's health.
The purpose and requirement of the Conference is to organize the dissemination and serious implementation of 4 Resolutions of the Politburo to central departments, ministries, branches and provincial Party committees, city Party committees, and Party committees directly under the Central Committee; Party committees, party organizations, agencies, organizations, cadres, party members and teams working in foreign affairs, energy, education and training, and health.
Raising awareness, responsibility, political determination, self-awareness, and exemplary spirit of Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, organizations, cadres, Party members, and teams working in foreign affairs, energy, education, training, and health to effectively implement the 4 Resolutions of the Politburo, in accordance with the functions, tasks, and practical situation at the local level, agencies, and units.
The conference heard 4 topics delivered by Party and State leaders.
According to the program, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh conveyed Specialism 1: "Core content of Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW, dated August 22, 2025 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development and Action Program to implement Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW".
Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long delivered a presentation on the second topic: "Core content of Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW, dated September 8, 2025 of the Politburo on a number of breakthrough solutions, strengthening protection, care and improving people's health and the Action Program to implement Resolution No. 72-NQ/TW".
Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung delivered a presentation on the topic 3: "Core content of Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW, dated January 24, 2025 of the Politburo on international integration in the new situation and Action Program to implement Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW".
Head of the Central Committee for Policy and Strategy Nguyen Thanh Nghi delivered a presentation on the topic 4: "Core content of Resolution No. 70-NQ/TW, dated August 20, 2025 of the Politburo on ensuring national energy security until 2030, vision to 2045 and Action Program to implement Resolution No. 70-NQ/TW".
