Thai Binh Provincial Police has just held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Provincial Police Director on the transfer of Lieutenant Colonel Phan Trung Kien - Deputy Head of Department 2, Criminal Police Department, Ministry of Public Security to take up the job and hold the position of Deputy Warden of the Detention Center.
Attending the ceremony were Colonel Vu Manh Ha - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of Thai Binh Provincial Police, representatives of the leaders of the Department of Organization and Personnel and the collective of leaders, commanders, and officers and soldiers of the Detention Center.
At the ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Tran Trung Nghia - Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee Department, authorized by the leaders of Thai Binh Provincial Police to announce the decision of the Provincial Police Director on Lieutenant Colonel Phan Trung Kien.
The decision shows the concern of the Party Committee and leaders of Thai Binh Provincial Police in personnel work for the Detention Center, in order to perfect the organization and meeting the requirements of working tasks.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Vu Manh Ha - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of Thai Binh Provincial Police congratulated Lieutenant Colonel Phan Trung Kien on his new assignment and emphasized that the assignment at the Detention Center is especially important, requiring dedication, courage, and high responsibility; Colonel Vu Manh Ha believes that with his extensive experience, in many positions and positions, Lieutenant Colonel Phan Trung Kien will continue to promote his capacity, strengths, solidarity, and responsibility, and work with the leadership of the Detention Center to successfully complete all assigned tasks.
Speaking at the ceremony to accept the assignment, Lieutenant Colonel Phan Trung Kien - Deputy Warden of the Detention Center expressed his deep gratitude to the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the leaders of the Thai Binh Provincial Police; at the same time, he affirmed that he would continue to cultivate, train, strive, unite, and work with the leadership, command and officers and soldiers of the Detention Center to be determined to successfully complete the assigned political tasks.
