Can Tho City People's Committee has just issued an official dispatch on reviewing the upgrading, renovation and repair of agency headquarters to ensure conditions for service after merging and consolidating communes/wards/ towns.
Pursuant to Resolution No. 76/2025/UBTVQH15 dated April 14, 2025 of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the arrangement of administrative units in 2025 and at the request of the Director of the Department of Finance in Official Letter No. 1481/STC-QLNS of May 16, 2025 on the review, renovation, renovation and repair of the agency's office to ensure the conditions for the People's Committee of the People's Committee The district urgently reviews and has a plan to repair, renovate and upgrade the working offices (if any) and relocate to the new headquarters in wards/communes expected to merge by the City People's Council in Resolution No. 11/NQ-HDND dated April 25, 2025 to ensure compliance with regulations. The completion time is before July 1, 2025. In case of financial difficulties, promptly report to the Department of Finance for synthesis and submission to competent authorities for consideration and resolution according to regulations.
Regarding the proposal of the People's Committee of Thot Not District on building a new office in Tan Loc Ward and Trung Nhut Ward, the city has not considered and implemented it at present. After the above wards come into operation, the People's Committees at the local level and the Department of Finance will review and advise on appropriate construction plans if considered necessary, ensuring operating conditions according to regulations.
