The 20th Congress of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, will take place from September 15 to 17 at the Provincial Convention Center, with 399 delegates representing more than 62,900 Party members in the whole province.
The Congress is tasked with evaluating the results of the 2020-2025 term, setting goals and directions for the 2025-2030 period; discussing and contributing to the documents of the 14th National Party Congress; electing the new Executive Committee and delegations to attend the National Congress.
The preparation work has been basically completed. Important documents such as the Political Report, the Reviewing Report, the Personnel Project, the Resolution and the Action Program... were elaborately and democratically drafted, receiving widely opinions from the Central Committee, cadres, party members and people.


Along with that, logistics, security, propaganda and decoration of the ceremony were deployed synchronously.
On September 14, it was noted that some streets and Pac Bo squares were brilliantly decorated with flags, billboards, and posters; many unique cultural and artistic activities were prepared.
Mr. Nguyen Van Hoang (Thuc Phan Ward) shared: "This Congress is an opportunity to look back on the achievements that the locality has achieved in the past time, many goals that have not been achieved but still try to do so".


Mr. Ngo Phan Tuyen (more than 45 years of Party membership) shared that he hopes and expects that in the upcoming Congress, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee will pay more attention to grassroots work.
At the 20th Provincial Party Congress, cadres with sufficient qualities, moral qualities and spirit will be elected to lead the homeland of Cao Bang to develop more and more sustainably.
In addition, the locality has also prepared many solutions to ensure the health and safety of delegates and guests.
The Department of Health established 7 standing medical teams, of which 5 were on duty at the Congress venue and 2 were on duty at the hospital. The teams are all equipped with medicine, infusion, medical oxygen and human resources to be ready for emergency response.
Previously, on September 11, the Food Safety and Hygiene Department inspected food safety work at Bang Giang and Muong Thanh Hospitals - where meals were arranged for delegates, the hotels basically met all requirements.


On the same day, the Provincial Center for Disease Control sprayed disinfectants at the Provincial Convention Center, with guests and hotels serving delegates.
According to Mr. Nong Tuan Phong - Director of the Department of Health, relevant units have fully prepared facilities, equipment, essential medicines and human resources to ensure examination, emergency care, and health care for delegates.
The work of assigning tasks was clearly implemented; the Provincial General Hospital organized professional training for medical groups to supplement necessary skills, improve sense of responsibility, and be ready to promptly handle medical emergencies throughout the Congress.
