Cao Bang - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hai Hoa chaired a meeting regulating the organization of specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee.

On August 14, Mr. Le Hai Hoa - Chairman of Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting to approve draft decisions regulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of 14 specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee. Attending were leaders of departments, branches and sectors.

The drafts are developed on the basis of Decree No. 150/2025/ND-CP dated June 12, 2025 of the Government and Guiding Circulars of ministries and branches. Up to now, the Provincial People's Committee Office has received submissions from 11/14 departments, the remaining 3 departments are continuing to complete to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for decision.

Concluding the meeting, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments to proactively review and reorganize their internal organization, ensuring compliance with job placement standards; streamline units, reduce intermediate levels, overcome overlaps, and improve operational efficiency.

At the same time, increase proactiveness in performing functions and tasks, promote digital transformation, data connectivity; arrange a apparatus suitable to the characteristics of each industry and field. The Department of Home Affairs advised the Provincial People's Committee to submit to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on the number of Deputy Directors of the Department.

The departments fully absorb the opinions of members of the Provincial People's Committee and specialized agencies to complete the draft, coordinate with the Provincial People's Committee Office to submit to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for signing and promulgating according to regulations.
