Mr. Nguyen Van Dinh (character's name has been changed) has an intermediate qualification in general medicine, currently performing medical examination and treatment for detainees, detainees and prisoners at detention centers.
"I would like to ask, according to Circular No. 15/2024/TT-BCA dated April 22, 2024 of the Ministry of Public Security, what food luong regime am I entitled to? Accordingly, regarding the food pondering regime, the Minister of Public Security has signed and issued Circular No. 15/2024 regulating food standards for officers and soldiers performing especially heavy, dangerous or arduous, dangerous work; injured, sick, treated, or nursed at hospitals, infirmaries, resorts, nursing and rehabilitation centers in the People's Public Security (CAND).
In addition to the general policies and regimes applied to officers and soldiers in the People's Public Security (salary increase promotion regime; change of staff arrangement, group transfer, technical salary scale; resort, nursing regime; qualitative diet; bonus regime; preferential regime for people with revolutionary contributions...), the forces on duty at temporary detention centers also enjoy a number of preferential regimes and policies such as:
Receive a special allowance of 10% applied to "officers and soldiers working full-time at detention centers under the police of districts, towns and cities under the province" according to Decision No. 91/2009 of the Prime Minister stipulating a special allowance regime for officers and soldiers in the People's Public Security.
Receive a compensation regime for officers and soldiers directly involved in management, education, and medical examination and treatment for HIV/AIDS infected subjects (level: 500,000 VND/person/month and level: 400,000 VND/person/month) as prescribed in Decision No. 43/2015 of the Prime Minister stipulating the compensation regime for officers and soldiers of the People's Public Security directly involved in management, education, and medical examination and treatment for subjects infected with HIV/AIDS.
In addition, officers and soldiers working in temporary detention houses stationed in areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions are entitled to attraction allowances, long-term service allowances, first-time allowances and regional allowances... (according to the provisions of Decree No. 76/2019 of the Government on policies for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and salary earners in the armed forces working in areas with particularly difficult socio-economic conditions).
If working in an area with regional allowances or special allowances, they are entitled to regional allowances (according to the provisions of Joint Circular No. 11 2005 guiding the implementation of regional allowances) or special allowances (according to the provisions of Circular No. 09/2005, guiding the implementation of special allowances for cadres, civil servants, public employees and armed forces).
