On the morning of February 7, the Standing Committee of Kien Giang Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision on personnel work.
At the conference, Mr. Le Thanh Hung - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board - announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on appointing Mr. Nguyen Tien Hai - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Kien Giang Provincial Party Committee - to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Announcing the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on appointing Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - to join the Provincial Military Party Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
On behalf of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Chairman of the People's Council of Kien Giang Province Lam Minh Thanh presented the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee to Mr. Nguyen Tien Hai and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nhan.
Speaking at the conference, the Secretary of the Kien Giang Provincial Party Committee highly appreciated the role of the Provincial Military Party Committee in leading and directing the successful implementation of local defense and military tasks in recent times.
Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Tien Hai affirmed that in his position as Secretary of the Provincial Military Party Committee, he will continue to strive, promote his role, responsibility, and unite with the collective of the Provincial Military Party Committee to lead and direct the armed forces to excellently complete local defense and military tasks in the coming time.
