The conference was attended by Mr. Nguyen Quang Duong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee; leaders of Thai Nguyen and Bac Ninh provinces.
At the conference, the Central Organizing Committee announced the Politburo's Decision on Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province ceasing to participate in the Standing Committee, the Party Committee of Bac Ninh province; ceasing to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province.
The Politburo decided to transfer and appoint Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan to join the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030.
Speaking at the conference, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Nguyen Quang Duong emphasized that Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan has held many positions, is a capable and experienced cadre, always completing assigned tasks well.
The Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee believes that with his experience, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan will promote his capacity and responsibility, together with the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, to excellently complete the assigned tasks.
Speaking at the ceremony to accept the assignment, the new Deputy Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan expressed his honor at receiving the trust and assignment of the tasks from the Politburo.
The new Deputy Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee affirmed that he will continue to strive, promote the spirit of solidarity, creativity, and bring strength and intelligence to contribute to the development of the province.
Previously, on November 14, in Bac Ninh, the Central Organizing Committee announced the Secretariat's Decision on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Pham Hoang Son - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province to join the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee.
Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, born in 1977, hometown Bac Ninh province.
His professional qualifications are from the University of Social Management.

Before holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan held many leadership positions, such as: Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Youth Union; Secretary of the Bac Ninh City Party Committee; Permanent Vice Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee; Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee.
