On the morning of November 15, Vice Chairman of the Da Nang People's Committee Tran Nam Hung directly inspected the scene of a particularly serious landslide in Hung Son commune, where 3 people are suspected of being buried.
Reports at the scene show that the area still has the potential risk of widespread landslides, threatening the safety of rescue forces.

Mr. Tran Nam Hung assigned the City Military Command (CHQS) as the presiding force, deciding on the entire rescue and relief plan. The Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee requested to immediately isolate the danger zone, assess the level of landslides and resolutely prohibit people from entering this area.
In addition, local authorities must take full care of accommodation, food, clean water and health care for 171 households (nearly 700 people) that have been evacuated to temporary housing.

Currently, the City Military Command has established a Forward Command Headquarters and arranged reconnaissance forces, more than 100 soldiers and flycam equipment have been mobilized but the whereabouts of 3 missing people have not yet been found.
It is expected that on the afternoon of November 15, the authorities will bring the dog to the scene to initially search for the victims.
