The Government has just issued Resolution No. 102/NQ-CP dated April 18, 2025 on the draft Law on Organization of Local Government (amended).
The Resolution clearly states that the Government approves the draft Law on Organization of Local Government (amended) submitted by the Ministry of Home Affairs in Submission No. 1195/TTr-BNV dated April 10, 2025.

The Minister of the Interior closely coordinated with the National Assembly's agencies; Proactively report and explain in the process of verifying and receiving opinions of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly and the National Assembly on the Law project in accordance with the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents and responsible for the contents of the report.
