After nearly 10 months of rapid construction, the project has established its position in the Top 10 largest exhibition center complex in the world and the largest in Southeast Asia, ready for the Exhibition of Socio-Economic Achievements on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day.

The Vietnam Exhibition Center (Truong Sa Street, Dong Hoi and Xuan Canh communes, Dong Anh, Hanoi) was created to become a destination for national and international political - economic - cultural - tourism events, playing a role as a driving force to promote the development of the modern exhibition economy in Vietnam.

The complex includes many items, of which the two most important items were handed over ahead of schedule after only nearly 10 months of construction, which are the Kim Quy Exhibition House and the outdoor exhibition area. The remaining items such as the Permanent Exhibition Center, the International Standard Convention and wedding Center... are being completed according to the requirements of the Steering Committee and will be fully handed over to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on July 15, 2025.

The exhibition of socio-economic achievements to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day will be held from August 28 to September 5, 2025 at the main area of Kim Quy Exhibition House, a symbolic work associated with the legend of the god Kim Quy of the land of the ancient capital of Co Loa. This is also the largest circular exhibition house in the world with a total area of 104,863m2, height of over 56m.

The exhibition house has a majestic and sturdy bridge, with a floor load-bearing capacity of up to 5 tons/m2, which can accommodate the display of large equipment and machinery. In particular, the dome is designed in a massive way with 24,000 tons of steel, double the safety coefficient compared to usual, using light, super durable glass fiber material, translucent, meeting green architecture standards, saving energy for global scale projects.

In terms of function, Kim Quy Exhibition House is planned into 9 halls, with an area of 9,419m2 - 10,478m2. The lobbies are intelligently designed, and can be opened to create the world's second largest interconnected exhibition space or separated into independent subdivisions, allowing organizers to be flexible and optimize the exhibition space.

On the same day, Kim Quy Exhibition House is an outdoor exhibition area with a total area of over 200,000m2 - Top 3 in the world in terms of outdoor exhibition scale, suitable for large-scale events, exhibitions, cultural and tourism festivals as well as organizing many activities at the same time.
