On behalf of the State leaders, the President highly appreciated and congratulated the results and achievements that the Party Committee, government, people and armed forces of Phu Tho province have achieved in 2025.
On the eve of the traditional Lunar New Year of the nation, the President requested Party committees and authorities at all levels of Phu Tho province to continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously and strictly implement the Party and State's guidelines and policies on caring for people's lives, organizing Binh Ngo Tet 2026 to ensure joy, health, safety, and thrift, so that everyone and every household can enjoy Spring and celebrate Tet.
The President noted that it is necessary to pay special attention to and take care of policy beneficiaries, visit Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, families of martyrs, people with meritorious services to the revolution, workers, people in difficult circumstances, and the poor; well implement policies for the armed forces and the rear of officers and soldiers of the armed forces; organize encouragement and visits to Tet duty forces...
Besides taking care of Tet, the President also requested to focus on leading, directing, and successfully organizing the implementation of the goals and tasks set out in the new year 2026 - the first year of implementing the Party Congress Resolutions at all levels; 5-year socio-economic development plan for the period 2026 - 2030; preparing and successfully organizing the election of the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
The President believes that the Party Committee, government, people and armed forces of Phu Tho province will continue to unite and be highly unified, take advantage of opportunities, overcome all difficulties and challenges, and strongly rise to become one of the important growth centers of the nation.
On the threshold of the Binh Ngo New Year, the President wished the Party Committee, government, people and armed forces of Phu Tho province to enter the new year with firm belief, new spirit and great aspiration, bringing the ancestral land to rise strongly, richly, and civilizedly, becoming a bright spot for the development of Vietnam in the new era of development.
On this occasion, the President presented meaningful Tet gifts to the Party Committee, government, armed forces and presented 500 gifts to poor households, 500 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances.
