On the eve of the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026 and the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Party (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2026), on the morning of January 30, President Luong Cuong visited, wished Tet to his family and respectfully offered incense to commemorate General Secretary Le Kha Phieu, General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, President Tran Duc Luong and President Tran Dai Quang.
Sincerely offering incense, President Luong Cuong expressed his gratitude for the great contributions of Comrade Le Kha Phieu to the Party, State, Army and people.

Touched by burning incense to commemorate General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, President Luong Cuong expressed his deep gratitude for the great contributions of the comrade to the revolutionary cause, as well as the cause of building and developing the country.
General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong is a particularly outstanding leader, a bright example of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style, a staunch communist party member with great prestige of the Party, State, and people of our country, fully embodied the qualities, talents, bravery, and intelligence of the generation of Vietnamese leaders in the renovation period.
