At the Conference, the representative of the City Party Committee announced the Secretariat's decision on the standard of Mr. Vu Duy Tung, Member, Chief Inspector of the City to join the Hai Phong City Party Committee Inspection Committee for the term 2020 - 2025.
The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee decided to award the Certificate of Merit of 6 district Party Committees and the equivalent of the standard "Excellent completion of the task" in 2024 including: Hong Bang District Party Committee, Kien An District Party Committee, Thuy Nguyen District Party Committee (now Thuy Nguyen City Party Committee), An Lao District Party Committee, Hai Phong Tax Department (now the Party Committee of the Region III Tax Department) and the City Police Department.
Also at the Conference, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee heard the report, commented on the plan to organize the Party Congress at all levels, towards the City Party Congress for the term 2025 - 2030 and the XIV National Party Congress of the XIV Party; The project of arranging communal administrative units in the city in 2025 and the consolidated project of Hai Duong and Hai Phong City.
