On March 10, Nghe An Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Director of the Provincial Police on the transfer of officials from units under the Ministry of Public Security, professional departments and commune-level police in the plains to work in border communes and highlands in the province.
The ceremony was held directly at the Provincial Police Hall and connected online to commune-level police bridge points. Colonel Tran Hong Quang - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police chaired the ceremony; also attending were Senior Lieutenant Colonel Pham Thanh Long - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police and representatives of leaders of departments and mass organizations of the Provincial Police.

According to the decision of the Director of Nghe An Provincial Police, 103 officers were transferred and assigned to work at the Police of 40 border and highland communes of the province. Among them, 29 officers working at units under the Ministry of Public Security were reinforced, and 74 officers from professional departments and commune-level Police.
At the ceremony, the leaders of the Organization and Personnel Department announced the decision and the leaders of the Provincial Police handed over the transfer decisions to the officers assigned to new tasks.
Speaking to direct, Colonel Tran Hong Quang said that the mobilization of officials to work in border communes and remote areas is a major policy of the Ministry of Public Security and the Provincial Police to strengthen direct combat forces at the grassroots level, build a regular and strong Commune Police, meeting the requirements of ensuring security and order in the new situation.
The Deputy Director of the Provincial Police requested the transferred officers to quickly adapt to the new working environment, firmly grasp the area, promote the spirit of responsibility, and strictly comply with the regulations of the Party, State and the Police sector.
At the same time, each official needs to maintain discipline and order, improve political bravery, cultivate moral qualities, proactively overcome difficulties, be close to the people, be close to the people and serve the people according to the motto "When the people need, when the people are in difficulty, there is the Police".
