Provincial Party Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Manh Hung and Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Pham Hung Thai chaired the conference.
At the Conference, Head of the Organizing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thi Yen Mai announced the Decision No. 2063 -QDNS/TW of April 14, 2025 of the Secretariat on the mobilization and appointment of Mr. Doan Trung Kien - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Principal of Hanoi Law University - Joining the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the term 2020-2025.
Speaking at the Conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Manh Hung congratulated Mr. Doan Trung Kien being trusted to assign a new task and emphasized the role of competent and qualified staff in the context of the whole country is promoting the organization of the political apparatus in a streamlined and effective way. The additional personnel additional personnel is expected to contribute to helping Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee to well implement political tasks, complete the development targets set by the XI Congress of the Provincial Party Committee.
Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung suggested that the new member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee promote capacity, solidarity with the provincial leadership to focus on implementing key tasks, including restructuring the apparatus, innovating the growth model associated with science - technology and digital transformation, removing development bottlenecks, aiming for the target of economic growth of over 10% by 2025.
Mr. Doan Trung Kien was born in 1979, is a doctorate in law, a bachelor's degree in English, with a high level of political theory. Before taking on the role of the principal of Hanoi Law University, he worked at the Government Office, as Deputy Director of the Department of Personnel and Organization. From 2016 to 2020, he is the Director of the Judicial Academy under the Ministry of Justice.
Speaking at the task, Mr. Doan Trung Kien expressed his thanks to the trust of the Central Government and the leaders of Tay Ninh province, and pledged to strive to train and fulfill the assigned tasks and contribute positively to the comprehensive and sustainable development of the province in the coming period.
