In Decision No. 2112, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan, Standing Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.
Speaking at the assignment, Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Secretary Nghiem Xuan Thanh congratulated Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan on being elected by the Provincial People's Council and the Prime Minister approving him to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
Mr. Nghiem Xuan Thanh emphasized: The Resolution of the 1st Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, determines the goal of bringing Khanh Hoa into the "year of raising the level of development", striving to become a centrally-run city, an international center for sea tourism services and tourism by 2030.

Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan was born in 1970, from Khanh Hoa, has a bachelor's degree in criminal law and a bachelor's degree in Party building and State government.
He has held the following positions: Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee (since February 2020), Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council. After the merger of Khanh Hoa and Ninh Thuan provinces (July 1, 2025), he continued to hold the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
