On March 9, Politburo Member, Secretary of the National Assembly Party Committee, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man - Head of the Inspection and Supervision Delegation of the Politburo, Secretariat in 2026 (Inspection Delegation No. 11) and Politburo Member, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat, Secretary of the Party Committee of Central Party Agencies Tran Cam Tu co-chaired the Conference to announce the decision on inspection and supervision of the Politburo, Secretariat in 2026 and work with the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Central Party Agencies.
Speaking at the Conference, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man stated clearly that this inspection and supervision is aimed at comprehensively assessing the leadership and direction of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Central Party Agencies in the implementation of the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress.
The National Assembly Chairwoman said that the Politburo requested to fully grasp the situation of organizing research, study, thoroughly grasp, propagate and concretize the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress; the development and implementation of the Action Program to implement the Resolution, as well as the achieved results, limitations, difficulties, and obstacles for the Party Committees of Central Party Agencies.
Along with that, inspect and supervise the leadership and direction of the implementation of Directive No. 46 of the Politburo on leading the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and the election of People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term.
This is a very important political task, of great significance for consolidating and perfecting the state apparatus, ensuring the people's right to mastery and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the political system's operation.
Also at the Conference, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu said that immediately after the 14th Party Congress, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Central Party Agencies issued many documents directing, directing and organizing the implementation of the Action Program, implementing the Resolution of the Congress throughout the Party Committee.
The work of researching, studying, and thoroughly grasping the Party Committee's Resolution has been organized and implemented seriously, practically, effectively and in accordance with the functions and tasks of each Party organization.
The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Central Party Agencies also proactively developed self-inspection reports and sent necessary documents to Inspection Team No. 11.
The Standing Secretary of the Secretariat affirmed that the Party Committees of Central Party Agencies pay special attention to building and implementing the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the XIV Congress, "saying and doing", "doing it thoroughly", "doing it to the end".
Besides studying, thoroughly grasping, and implementing the Resolution, the Party Committees of Central Party Agencies determine that, with the role of strategic advisory agencies of the Party, the issue of implementation and action is the main issue.
