The Ministry of Justice has just announced the dossier for appraisal of the draft Decision of the Prime Minister promulgating the Regulation on management, operation, and exploitation of the National Public Service Portal. The dossier was sent by the Ministry of Public Security for appraisal.
In which, the Ministry of Public Security has reported on the Summary of the implementation of Decision No. 31/2021/QD-TTg dated October 11, 2021 of the Prime Minister promulgating the Regulation on management, operation, and exploitation of the National Public Service Portal.
According to the Ministry of Public Security, the National Public Service Portal has made an important contribution to promoting digital transformation for the work of building, announcing, publicizing and managing administrative procedures and public services; and at the same time supporting administrative procedure reform in the direction of putting people and businesses at the center, strengthening the exploitation and reuse of existing data in national and specialized databases.
Posting and publicizing 159,148 draft administrative procedures, 28,009 draft Decisions announcing administrative procedures; implementing declaration and configuration of 176,361 public services on the National Public Service Portal, ensuring synchronization and unity nationwide.
Review and propose reducing the components of dossiers and documents already in national databases and specialized databases; promote the principle of "not requiring re-providing existing information", gradually forming a process for resolving administrative procedures based on digital data.
In addition, 45,004 administrative procedures have been restructured with professional processes to be implemented online on a full process, ensuring receiving, processing, approving and returning results on the electronic environment.
Standardize electronic forms; establish a mechanism to automatically pre-fill information from connected databases, minimizing the need for people and businesses to repeat information declarations.
Publicize and transparently handle processes and deadlines for resolving administrative procedures, provide online dossier status lookup and monitoring tools, contributing to improving the accountability of state agencies and the level of satisfaction of people and businesses.
