On the afternoon of December 2, the National Assembly Delegation of Ninh Thuan province met with voters after the 8th session of the 15th National Assembly in Thanh Hai commune, Ninh Hai district.
The meeting with voters was chaired by Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang - Member of the Party Central Committee, President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and Ms. Chamalea Thi Thuy - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Mass Mobilization Committee.
At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang reported on the results of the 8th session of the 15th National Assembly.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Khang assessed that the meeting took place right after the great success of the 10th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee to consider and decide on many important issues, promptly remove difficulties and obstacles in institutions and policies, and unblock development resources, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th Party Congress, towards the 14th National Party Congress.
At the meeting, voters of Thanh Hai commune hoped that the locality would soon dredge the waterway and expand the fishing port so that boats could have a safe place to anchor.

In addition, the locality needs to create jobs so that students' children can return to work after studying; support the connection of pipelines of the Project to Improve Water Use Efficiency for Provinces Affected by Drought (WEIDAP/ADB8) to people's production fields; continue to pay attention to policy subjects.
Thanh Hai voters also asked about the situation of bad guys impersonating the police, prosecutors, etc. to defraud and appropriate property through cross-border platforms. This is a pressing issue that needs to be dealt with seriously to increase deterrence.
Regarding the issue of adjusting records on the national data portal, Thanh Hai voters assessed that there are still many procedures, taking time, causing difficulties when people handle administrative procedures.
From there, voters hope that National Assembly Deputies will convey their wishes to the Ministry of Public Security and competent authorities to shorten administrative procedures to facilitate people. Regarding the issue of connecting health insurance examination and treatment, voters recommend that relevant agencies implement it soon.
Responding to voters about dredging the waterway in Thanh Hai commune, Mr. Nguyen Khac Lam - Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD) said that the government is carrying out the paperwork procedures before carrying out the dredging project.
Mr. Lam assessed that the process, legal basis, and procedures for dredging channels are complicated and need time to be clarified. It is expected that in 2025, the locality will organize dredging in the form of socialization.
Regarding the content of the ADB8 project that voters asked, Mr. Le Xuan Toan - Deputy Director of the Provincial Management Board of Investment and Construction of Agricultural and Rural Development Works said that the project will be put into operation by June 2025.
Regarding the content of connecting additional water pipes from the ADB8 project to people's fields, Mr. Toan requested the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to consider the petition and resolve it according to its authority.
At the meeting with voters, Ms. Chamalea Thi Thuy - Head of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Mass Mobilization Committee assessed that people's opinions this time covered many economic, cultural fields, social security policies under the authority of many commune, district, provincial levels and the Government and National Assembly.
Regarding local-level issues, Ms. Chamalea Thi Thuy said that authorities at all levels have explained and clarified, thereby helping people feel secure and reach consensus so that the locality can successfully implement socio-economic development goals.
Regarding the content of the Central-level petition, Ms. Chamalea Thi Thuy, on behalf of the National Assembly Delegation, recorded, summarized, and classified the questions before sending them to the Central agency.
