The session passed many Resolutions on the establishment of People's Council Committees, the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the City People's Council; the establishment of specialized departments and branches under the City People's Committee and the announcement of decisions to appoint leaders of departments and branches. Mr. Nguyen Duc Dung, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, has just been appointed by the Central Government as Chairman of the People's Council of Da Nang City (new), to chair the conference.
The People's Council of Da Nang City (new) passed a Resolution to establish 14 specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Da Nang City (new). Accordingly, 12 departments and branches under the People's Committee of Da Nang City (new) were established on the basis of merging two departments and branches equivalent to the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province and the People's Committee of Da Nang City (old).
Accordingly, the Departments of Home Affairs; Justice; Finance; Industry and Trade; Agriculture and Environment; Construction; Science and Technology; Education and Training, Health; Culture, Sports and Tourism; Office of the City People's Committee and Inspectorate were established. In particular, the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Da Nang City (new) was established on the basis of merging the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions under the Department of Home Affairs of Da Nang City (old) and the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Quang Nam Province (old); Establish the Department of Foreign Affairs of Da Nang City on the basis of merging the Department of External Affairs under the Office of the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province and the Department of Foreign Affairs of Da Nang City (old).
At the meeting, the People's Committee of Da Nang City also announced the decisions of the Chairman of the City People's Committee to appoint leaders of specialized departments and branches.
There are 3 leaders of the Department who are members of the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee (new) including: Mr. Phan Van Binh, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Organization Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee (old) as Director of the Department of Home Affairs, and Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoang Sa Special Zone.
Ms. Tran Thi Kim Thoa, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Inspection Committee of Quang Nam province (old) as Chief Inspector of the city.
Mr. Nguyen Manh Ha, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Internal Affairs Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee (old) became Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of the city.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City decided to appoint Mr. Trinh Minh Duc, member of the City Party Committee, Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Quang Nam Province (old) as Director of the Department of Justice;
Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Tam, member of the City Party Committee, Director of the Department of Finance of Da Nang City (old) became Director of the Department of Finance;
Ms. Le Thi Kim Phuong, member of the City Party Committee, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of Da Nang City (old) became Director of the Department of Industry and Trade;
Mr. Pham Nam Son, member of the City Party Committee, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Da Nang City (old) became Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment;
Mr. Nguyen Ha Nam, Director of the Department of Construction of Da Nang City (formerly) became Director of the Department of Construction of the City;
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hong, member of the City Party Committee, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Nam province (old) became Director of the Department of Science and Technology;
Ms. Le Thi Bich Thuan, member of the City Party Committee, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Da Nang City (old) became Director of the Department of Education and Training;
Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Thuy, Director of the Department of Health of Da Nang City (old) became Director of the Department of Health;
Ms. Truong Thi Hong Hanh, member of the City Party Committee, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Da Nang City (old) became Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Mr. Nguyen Nhu Cong, member of the City Party Committee, Director of the Department of Finance of Quang Nam province (old) as Chief of the City People's Committee Office;
Mr. Nguyen Xuan Binh, Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs of Da Nang City (formerly) became Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs.
