On the afternoon of July 1, the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee held a Conference to announce decisions on personnel work. Many leaders of departments, branches, and city-level agencies were transferred to hold key positions in communes and wards. At the same time, some local officials were assigned and appointed to leadership positions at the city level.
According to the decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Mr. Doan Xuan Hieu, City Party Committee Member, Director of Da Nang Newspaper and Radio - Television, was transferred to hold the position of Secretary of Tam Ky Ward Party Committee for the term 2025-2030. Previously, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Lan, Secretary of Tam Ky Ward Party Committee, was transferred to work at the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
Mr. Nguyen Nhu Cong, City Party Committee Member, Chief of Office of the City People's Committee, was transferred to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Nui Thanh commune for the 2025-2030 term. Meanwhile, Mr. Nguyen Duc Binh, Secretary of the Party Committee of Hoi An ward, was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Chief of Office of the City People's Committee. Mr. Van Anh Tuan, Secretary of the Party Committee of Nui Thanh commune for the 2025-2030 term, Chairman of the Commune People's Council for the 2026-2031 term, was transferred to work at the thematic research department, assisting the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee.
The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee also transferred Mr. Tran Hai Van, Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Committee to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Thu Bon commune for the 2025-2030 term. Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Hoa, Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, was transferred to hold the position of Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Organization Committee.
In the local government bloc, Mr. Dinh The Vinh, Deputy Director of the Department of Construction, was transferred to Tam Anh commune, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and was introduced to be elected Chairman of the Commune People's Committee for the 2026-2031 term.
Mr. Dinh Van Vu, Deputy Chief of Office of the City People's Committee, was transferred to Lanh Ngoc commune, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and was introduced to be elected Chairman of the Commune People's Committee for the 2026-2031 term.
Some local officials were also transferred to new positions. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Son, Chairman of Thu Bon Commune People's Committee, was assigned to hold the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of Tra Linh Commune Party Committee. Mr. Tang Ngoc Duc was transferred to hold the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of Tra Lien Commune Party Committee. Mr. Nguyen Minh Xinh was dismissed from the position of Chairman of Lanh Ngoc Commune People's Committee to assume the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee.
At the conference, representatives of the City Department of Home Affairs announced the decisions of the Chairman of the City People's Committee on personnel work. Accordingly, Mr. Tran Van Truong, Chairman of Tam Anh Commune People's Committee, was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Director of Song Thanh National Park.
Previously, the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee also announced decisions to transfer Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Lan to work at the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; transferred Ms. Tran Thi Kim Hoa to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Hai Chau ward; appointed Ms. Cao Thi Huyen Tran to hold the position of Director of the Department of Home Affairs and transferred Mr. Tran Chi Cuong, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Hoi An ward.
This mobilization is aimed at continuing to consolidate the contingent of leading cadres, meeting management and administration requirements after implementing the arrangement of the organizational structure and administrative units in the city.
