Specifically: the Quang Nam Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations and the Da Nang City Union of Science and Technology Associations (old) became the Da Nang City Union of Science and Technology Associations.
Quang Nam Provincial Literature and Arts Association and the Association of Literature and Arts Associations of Da Nang City (old) became the Association of Literature and Arts Associations of Da Nang City. The Quang Nam Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations and the Da Nang City Union of Friendship Organizations (old) became the Da Nang City Union of Friendship Organizations.
The Quang Nam Provincial Cooperative Alliance and the Da Nang City Cooperative Alliance (old) became the Da Nang City Cooperative Alliance. The Quang Nam Provincial Red Cross Society and the Da Nang City Red Cross Society (old) became the Da Nang City Red Cross Society.
The Quang Nam Provincial Journalists Association and the Da Nang City Journalists Association (old) became the Da Nang City Journalists Association. The Quang Nam Provincial Bar Association and the Da Nang City Bar Association (old) became the Da Nang City Bar Association.
