In particular, it agreed to continue piloting proactive public administrative services in the city on the basis of inheriting Plan No. 3572/KH-UBND dated April 29, 2025 of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province (old).
At the same time, continue to review and supplement the pilot implementation of administrative procedures with many records, meeting database requirements.
The City People's Committee requests departments, branches and sectors to urgently review administrative procedures in the group of 25 online public services integrated throughout the National Public Service Portal serving people and businesses, 982 online public services according to the plan of the Central Steering Committee on the development of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation and administrative procedures with many records in the past, report and propose piloting at least 2 proactive public administrative services;
The City Police study and propose piloting proactive public administrative services for procedures for reissuing driver's licenses when they expire.
The Department of Science and Technology coordinates with the City Police and related departments, branches, sectors and units to connect the system, database, ensuring information security and confidentiality when deploying proactive public administrative services.
The Military Industry - Telecommunications Group (Viettel) coordinates to provide infrastructure, connect, and share data; proactively coordinate with departments, branches, sectors, and localities to propose contents, solutions, and roadmaps to proactively implement public administrative services, ensure network security and information security in accordance with regulations.
The City People's Committee Office (public Administration Service Center) acts as a unit to coordinate with relevant agencies and units to advise and propose the City People's Committee to consider and issue a Plan to pilot proactive public administrative services in the city in July 2025.
