The 2025-2030 period is the period when the whole country under the leadership of the Party firmly enters an era of strong and prosperous development. In the context of the world situation, the region continues to change rapidly. Competition for a large country, the trend of division, division, and domination of large countries, arms race, readiness to use violence in international relations; the strong development of science and technology; traditional and untraditional security issues, especially natural disasters, epidemics, cyber security, energy security... are complicated, with many new factors, directly affecting and increasing challenges to the security and interests of countries, including Vietnam.
In the country, hostile and reactionary forces will diligently find every way to take advantage of loopholes and shortcomings in the early stages of operating the two-level local government model, the implementation of new thinking and awareness in the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress and breakthrough and revolutionary solutions in the recent Resolutions of the Central Committee on breakthroughs in developing science and technology, innovation and national digital transformation; on international integration in the new situation; on innovation in building and enforcing the law; on developing the private economy; breakthroughs in developing education and training, health care for people, ensuring energy security... to carry out propaganda activities with increasingly sophisticated and dangerous activities, in order to divide the great national unity bloc, divide the people, divide the State, reduce the will of the Party, the will of the Party and the people.

That is the task of continuing to attack and resolutely suppress all types of crimes, creating positive changes in social order and safety, minimizing traffic accidents and fire and explosion accidents, raising awareness of "respect for the law", complying with the law among the people, for the peaceful and happy life of the people.
That is the requirement to increase the contribution of the Public Security work in implementing the two strategic goals of 100 years under the leadership of the Party, 100 years of the founding of the State, our State becomes a developed country with high income.
