On the morning of February 17, at Bac Giang Provincial Police, Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long - Deputy Minister of Public Security chaired a ceremony to announce the decision on the transfer and appointment of Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh, Deputy Director and Secretary of the Ministry of Public Security to take up the job and hold the position of Director of Bac Giang Provincial Police.
At the ceremony, representatives of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Public Security announced the Minister's decision on the transfer of Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh, Deputy Director, Secretary of the Ministry of Public Security to take up the job and hold the position of Director of Bac Giang Provincial Police.
As a well-trained officer, matured from the grassroots, before being appointed to the position of Director of Bac Giang Provincial Police, Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh had held many different positions and titles at the District, Provincial and Ministry of Public Security Public Security.
Congratulating Colonel Nguyen Quang Vinh on being trusted by the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security to assign a new task, Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Long - Deputy Minister of Public Security suggested that the new Director of the Bac Giang Provincial Police continue to promote his capacity, strengths, and work experience, and excellently complete the assigned tasks.

Previously, on January 20, Colonel Nguyen Quoc Toan, Director of Bac Giang Provincial Police, was transferred to work and hold the position of Chief of the Office of the Ministry of Public Security.
