On the afternoon of January 20, the Ministry of Public Security held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the personnel work of the Ministry of Public Security Office.
At the ceremony, the leaders of the Department of Organization and Personnel announced the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer of Colonel Nguyen Quoc Toan (47 years old) - Director of Bac Giang Provincial Police, to take up the position of Chief of Office of the Ministry of Public Security from January 20.
Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Public Security - Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To affirmed that Colonel Nguyen Quoc Toan was assessed by the Standing Committee of the Central Public Security Party Committee, the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security and the Standing Committee of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee as a cadre with strong political will, good moral qualities, basic training, maturity from the grassroots, work experience, leadership, direction, management and operation capabilities.
According to the Senior Lieutenant General, the transfer of Colonel Nguyen Quoc Toan to take up the position of Chief of Office of the Ministry of Public Security demonstrates the trust of the Central Public Security Party Committee and the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security in Colonel Toan personally, and is also a joy, honor, and heavy responsibility for the new Chief of Office of the Ministry of Public Security.
Speaking at the ceremony to receive his new assignment, Colonel Nguyen Quoc Toan expressed his gratitude to the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front of Bac Giang province, and provincial departments and branches for their attention, direction, coordination and support during his time as Director of the Provincial Police Department.
