According to the Ministry of National Defense Information Portal on February 9, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Bo De ward (Hanoi) has just organized a conference to collect opinions and confidences from voters at the place of residence for Colonel Pham Duc Hoai - Deputy Director of the Legal Department of the Ministry of National Defense - the candidate for National Assembly Deputy of the XVI term, 2026 - 2031, currently residing in Residential Group 13, Bo De ward.
At the conference, representatives of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Bo De ward introduced regulations on candidates for National Assembly deputies, biographies, and the working process of Colonel Pham Duc Hoai. Voters all expressed their joy when Colonel Pham Duc Hoai was trusted and introduced to participate in the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term.
Providing more information to voters about Colonel Pham Duc Hoai, Major General Nguyen Viet Dung - Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Legal Department of the Ministry of National Defense - said that Colonel Pham Duc Hoai has been 100% trusted by voters of the agency to participate in the 16th National Assembly election as a full-time delegate to the National Assembly's National Defense and Security Committee.
Faced with the requirement of state management of laws serving two strategic tasks of building and protecting the Fatherland, Colonel Pham Duc Hoai always clearly shows qualities and capabilities, contributing to the collective of the Legal Department of the Ministry of National Defense to do well in advising and assisting the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission, the Central Military Commission and the Minister of National Defense in law-making work, implementing state management of military and national defense work by law.
Major General Nguyen Viet Dung believes that if elected, Colonel Pham Duc Hoai will closely associate with voters, promote good experience, and successfully complete the responsibilities and tasks of National Assembly deputies.
After listening to the speeches, 100% of voters in Bo De ward voted unanimously to introduce Colonel Pham Duc Hoai to participate in the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term.
Speaking at the conference, Colonel Pham Duc Hoai expressed his emotion at the contributions and feelings of voters in his residence. At the same time, he thanked officials and employees in his workplace and people for their concern, assistance, and creation of conditions for him to grow up and successfully complete his assigned responsibilities and tasks.
Colonel Pham Duc Hoai affirmed that if he is trusted by voters to be elected as a National Assembly Deputy of the 16th term, he will continue to promote his work experience in building institutions, contributing to the goal of perfecting the legal system in a clear, feasible direction, limiting overlaps and contradictions.
In particular, pay attention to draft laws directly related to national defense and security; policies related to macroeconomic stability and strengthening social welfare. Focus on participating in supervising the implementation of a number of policies closely related to people's lives in the spirit of supervising in accordance with the law, responsibilities, and not evading in order to bring policies into life.
