According to the Ministry of National Defense's Electronic Information Portal, on February 8, the People's Committee and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of Linh Son ward (Thai Nguyen province) organized a conference to collect opinions and confidences from voters at their place of residence for General Phan Van Giang - Member of the Politburo, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense - the candidate for National Assembly Deputy of the XVI term, term 2026 - 2031, currently residing in Linh Son ward.
At the conference, 100% of voters attending voted and unanimously trusted General Phan Van Giang to participate in the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term.
Voters in Linh Son ward hope that General Phan Van Giang, if elected as a National Assembly Deputy of the 16th term, will continue to promote his capacity and responsibility, regularly maintain contact with voters, listen to and promptly reflect the legitimate thoughts and aspirations of voters; actively participate in deciding on important issues, contributing to building an increasingly developed country.
Speaking at the conference, General Phan Van Giang thanked the trust and confidence as well as absorbed the opinions and contributions of voters; and emphasized that if trusted to be elected as a National Assembly Deputy of the 16th term, in the position of Member of the Politburo, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense, participating in many steering committees and councils, there will be favorable conditions to successfully complete the task of being a representative of voters and people nationwide.
General Phan Van Giang also affirmed that he will maximize his capacity and experience to well perform the role of National Assembly deputies in participating in building legal documents to ensure they are appropriate, practical, and highly effective, contributing to solving the legitimate aspirations of voters;
