On March 3, the Standing Committee of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Fatherland Front Committee coordinated with the Provincial People's Committee to organize a meeting with voters and constituencies No. 1.
The conference was organized in a direct combined online form from the bridge point of the Hall of the Headquarters of the National Assembly Delegation, People's Council, Provincial People's Committee to 20 bridge points in communes and wards under the constituency.
The candidates for NA Deputies of the 16th term, constituency No. 1 include: General Phan Van Giang - Member of the Politburo, Deputy Secretary of the Central Military Commission, Minister of National Defense; Mr. Nguyen Cong Hoang - Director of Thai Nguyen Central Hospital; Mr. Hoang Van Tam - Vice Chairman of Nam Hoa Commune People's Council; Ms. Nong Thi Thuong - Doctor of Psychiatric Department, Thai Nguyen Central Hospital.
At the Conference, representatives of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee introduced a summary biography of each candidate according to the prescribed order and content.
On that basis, candidates present action programs, clearly expressing their awareness of the role and responsibility of NA deputies before voters and people.
The candidates affirmed that if they are trusted by voters, they will make the highest efforts, act decisively, and perform well the role of representing the will and aspirations of voters.
In the discussion section, voters at bridge points expressed their trust and appreciation for the work process, experience and responsibility of the candidates, and at the same time requested the National Assembly to continue to innovate and improve the quality of operations; pay attention to issues of ensuring national defense and security in the new situation.
On behalf of the candidates, General Phan Van Giang thanked the voters for their heartfelt and responsible opinions, affirming that these are practical contents, close to local reality.
General Phan Van Giang emphasized that he will work with the candidates to absorb and continue to improve the action program, and at the same time, if elected by voters to the 16th National Assembly, he will regularly maintain close contact with voters, promptly and truthfully reflect opinions and recommendations to the National Assembly and competent agencies.
