On December 10, the leader of the Department of Home Affairs of Dak Lak province said: "The competent authority has advised the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to develop a project and plan to reorganize the apparatus and streamline the payroll."
Currently, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee and the Department of Home Affairs have discussed and carefully calculated to come up with the most suitable plans for the characteristics and political tasks of the province.
Regarding this issue, relevant parties will continue to seek opinions from the Provincial Party Standing Committee on specific plans.
In addition to rearranging departments (according to the direction of merging ministries from the Central Government), the locality is also determined, calculating, and implementing other new plans. From there, perfecting the organizational structure, streamlining the payroll extensively throughout the province.
Dak Lak province plans to merge and streamline more staff in special associations; merge and rearrange some departments under the Provincial People's Committee.
In particular, pay special attention to the functions and tasks of the Provincial Department of Foreign Affairs to have a suitable arrangement plan.

Dak Lak will strive to complete the restructuring of the political apparatus according to Resolution 18 before December 31, 2024. The province will ensure support policies for redundant cadres, civil servants, and public employees after the restructuring.
