On the morning of June 15, the Organization Committee of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decisions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on personnel work.
Accordingly, Mr. Tran Van Tan, Director of the Department of Finance, was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee also announced decisions to transfer and appoint cadres in many communes and wards in the province.
Mr. Nay Y Blung, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Son Hoa commune, was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Song Hinh commune for the term 2025 - 2030. Mr. Lo Mo Tu, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Song Hinh commune, was transferred to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Son Hoa commune.
Mr. Nguyen Quang Dung, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Dak Lieng commune, was transferred to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Dak Phoi commune; Mr. Nay Y Phu, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Dak Phoi commune, was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Dak Lieng commune.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Huan, Chairman of Xuan Phuoc Commune People's Committee, was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Dong Xuan commune; Mr. Huynh Ngoc An, Chairman of Dong Xuan Commune People's Committee, was transferred to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Xuan Phuoc commune.
Ms. Le Thi Hoai Vinh, Chairwoman of Hoa My Commune People's Committee, was transferred to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Hoa Thinh commune; Mr. Le Chi Hoai, Chairman of Hoa Thinh Commune People's Committee, was transferred to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Hoa My commune.
Mr. Tran Minh Than, Chairman of Tay Son Commune People's Committee, was appointed to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Son Hoa commune; Mr. So Minh Chien, Chairman of Son Hoa Commune People's Committee, was transferred to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Tay Son commune.
Mr. Vo Ngoc Thach, Chairman of Song Cau Ward People's Committee, was transferred to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Xuan Dai Ward; Mr. Pham Van Nguyen, Chairman of Xuan Dai Ward People's Committee, was transferred to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Song Cau Ward.
Mr. Truong Thanh Cuong, Chairman of Phu Hoa 2 Commune People's Committee, was appointed to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Binh Kien ward; Mr. Nguyen Quoc Thang, Chairman of Binh Kien ward People's Committee, was transferred to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Phu Hoa 2 commune.
At the conference, the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee also announced the decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the appointment of civil servants to leadership and management positions.
Accordingly, Mr. Bui Hong Quy, Director of the Department of Justice, was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment. Mr. Nguyen Minh Huan, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of the Department of Justice.
Mr. Cao Dinh Huy, Director of the Department of Construction, was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Director of the Department of Finance.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also appointed Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phong, Chairman of the Member Council of Irrigation Works Management Co., Ltd. to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; appointed Mr. Vo Dinh Tien, Deputy Head of Phu Yen Economic Zone Management Board to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Finance.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, said that the transfer and appointment of cadres aims to concretize the Party's guidelines on cadre work; strengthen experienced and capable human resources for grassroots levels; and implement the policy that secretaries and chairmen are not local people.
Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee emphasized: "People can change but tasks do not change", especially in the context that the province is striving to achieve double-digit growth, promote administrative reform and implement many key tasks.
According to Mr. Triet, the workload in the coming time is very large and high pressure. The effectiveness of the task performance of the staff will be assessed through KPI indicators associated with products and specific results.
The Provincial Party Secretary requested the transferred and appointed officials to quickly approach work, immediately start performing tasks, not to interrupt the operation of agencies and units, and not to use the reason of personnel changes to slow down work progress.
It is necessary to avoid the mindset of discriminating against new people, old people, local people or other localities; and at the same time limit negative comments from the beginning to create solidarity and unity in performing tasks," Mr. Triet emphasized.
