Thai Nguyen: Former Chairman of Commune People's Committee expelled from the Party
On June 2, the Inspection Committee (UBKT) of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee held the 9th Meeting to consider a number of contents under its authority.
At the meeting, the Provincial Party Committee Inspection Committee considered the report proposing disciplinary action against party member Trieu Phuc Ty, former Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Don Phong commune, Bach Thong district, Bac Kan province (old); now Quang Phong commune, Thai Nguyen province.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee found that party member Trieu Phuc Ty had violated Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned responsibilities and tasks; lacked inspection and supervision; improperly implemented the signing and approval of dossiers, payments, and disbursement that did not ensure conditions according to regulations.
Party member Trieu Phuc Ty has been prosecuted and prosecuted by the Investigation Police Agency for the crime of "Lack of responsibility causing serious consequences".
The violations of Party member Trieu Phuc Ty have caused serious consequences, reducing the prestige of the Party organization, locality, and agency where they work to the point of having to be disciplined.
Based on Party regulations, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee decided to impose the disciplinary action of Expulsion from the Party on Party member Trieu Phuc Ty.
Proposal to discipline former Deputy Chief Procurator of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Procuracy
On June 1, the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee issued a press release on the results of the 8th Meeting of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee.
At the Session, after listening to the Inspection Team of the Provincial Inspection Committee reporting on the proposal to discipline Mr. Tran Quang Minh - former Deputy Chief Procurator of the People's Procuracy (VKSND) of Binh Son district (old); former Deputy Chief Procurator of Quang Ngai province (old), former Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Procuracy, term 2020-2025.
The Inspection Committee of Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee found that: Mr. Tran Quang Minh during his tenure as Deputy Chief Procurator of the People's Procuracy of Binh Son district, Quang Ngai province (old) violated regulations on what party members are not allowed to do; seriously violated the Party's regulations and the State's laws on crime prevention and control; was prosecuted by the investigating agency and applied measures prohibiting him from leaving his place of residence.Mr. Tran Quang Minh's violation caused serious consequences, reducing the prestige of himself, organizations, agencies, and units where he worked; causing bad public opinion among cadres, party members and people.
Considering the content, nature, severity, and consequences of Mr. Tran Quang Minh's violations, the Quang Ngai Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee unanimously proposed that the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee consider and decide to impose disciplinary action according to its authority.
